TITLE:
ONLINE LECTURES BY INVITED SPEAKERS
OBJECTIVES OF THE PRACTICE:
Invited national and international speakers in subjects like Literature, Post- Pandemic Society could enlighten students through the virtual platform.
THE CONTEXT:
In spite of the challenging issues like technological grievances and management of time, the online lecture series was an affirmative initiative towards breaking the monotony of a Pandemic affected world.
THE PRACTICE:
Being a higher education institute facing the problem of Campus closure, the online lectures by national and international Professors were like a gush of fresh air imparting knowledge into the stagnant minds of the participants through virtual connectivity irrespective of the technical glitches and anxiety driven pandemic affected world.
EVIDENCE OF SUCCESS:
The invited talks were highly successful as both students and teachers were able to have the experience of expertise in particular subjects from the veteran speakers which developed their sense of precision, introspection and understanding of topics concerned.
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND RESOURCES REQUIRED:
Internet connectivity and handling the technology was indeed strenuous to some extent.
Huge amount of resources were not necessary as the lectures could be attended with any web supporting gadget.

TITLE:
MAINTAING THE STANDARD OF THE INSTITUTION BY DEVELOPING AN ONLINE FEEDBACK SYSTEM FROM ALL STAKEHOLDERS
OBJECTIVES:
Feedback system was developed through available online platform like Google Forms to know about the institution’s functioning during the Pandemic.
CONTEXT:
Being impossible to reach out physically, the necessity of digitalizing the feedback system was unanimously felt in order to know about the performance and grievances of the institution.
PRACTICE:
Separate feedback forms were created for students, parents, teachers and alumni and shared through the virtual communication groups and the College website. Responses were obtained within a scheduled period towards the end of this session. The feedbacks were preserved for making a comparative analysis of the institution during the Pandemic.
EVIDENCE OF SUCCESS:
This practice was highly successful as the responses for the stakeholders were able to guide the institution towards a better direction to ensure about the maintenance of its quality and standard in and after the Pandemic period.
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND RESOURCES REQUIRED:
Mass circulation was a challenge as many students were unable to access the virtual sources of communication. A ready supply of the forms was there within the Campus as well.
